Expanding Your Music Interest
I am short on words but long on feelings about the following songs. It has been a good week of listening and digging around. I traveled to Chicago to see family so I had plane time to just sit back and shuffle through albums. No huge surprises here I don’t think - enjoy!
1. Energy by Raheem DeVaughn feat Big Boi (R&B, Contemporary)
And we’re back by very special request (a birthday wish in fact) from msjones6. Happy Birthday again! I know its been a long time but we are back on track to recommend some good tracks worth listening to. There’s no rhyme or reason to my listening habits these days so I am not sure how much of a play list this makes. I promise though, you NEED to own every one of these songs.
1. You Are by Estelle feat John Legend (R&B, Neo-Soul)
This week’s favorite 8 is a mix of some old stuff, new stuff and headed off with a little known track. Very mellow week. A dramatic change from last week’s rap music to some rock music that if you don’t like already, you will today. Remember, all of these songs can be heard on our myspace page. I know, I know! You thought it was over. You thought I forgot. You thought I neglected th keep up the most popular category on the blog. Well . . . its only one thing to say. I’m sorry. The good news is that it was been this was in order to focus on the big picture.

I’m back! Sorry for the delay but with all of the excitement of private alpha opening up in just a few weeks we have been busy cleaning house. I am happy to share this list with you guys because I think that if I separated each of this songs below that they could easily come in at #1.
