Diddy’s back . . . again. This time - Making the Band 4.
In short, the show seems to be most interesting because of the controversy between contestants and the antagonizing of the trainers. I haven’t formed much of a judgment about the contestants yet. I will say, though, I was pretty pissed that they let the Asian dude go. Come on Puff, you backed bums like G-Dep and Black Rob; this Asian dude was singing his ass off! Talk about a unique, marketable product – sheesh!

A mob motivated rappers dream. I have come to assume most, if not all, hardcore rap artists have a shrine to Scarface somewhere in their home. At least a t-shirt. And now, truly a chance of a lifetime.
That’s my reaction to the recent Billboard reported news that rapper Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson is in final negotiations to join Robert De Niro and Al Pacino in “Righteous Kill,” a crime thriller that starts shooting in September. The acting veterans play detectives tracking a serial killer, while Jackson would play a drug dealer who helps them with their investigation. Jon Avnet will direct the $60 million project.

NEW YORK — Usher is expecting bigger things than a new album — the superstar announced Wednesday that he and fiancee Tameka Foster are expecting their first child together.
“We are extremely excited at this point in our lives planning our wedding and the joy that comes with expecting our first child together,” the couple said in a statement released to The Associated Press. “We hope people will be happy for us and respect our privacy during this happy period in our lives.”
